Property check.
Fortnightly or monthly property checks are available. External check looks for any weather damage such as fallen trees, damaged tiles etc. Internal checks for water leaks, damp or insect/rodent issues etc.
Prices start at 45€ per visit
Third party/artisan arrangement fees.
We charge this fee where you task us on your behalf, to organise any third party trade for work that we do not do ourselves. This fee is in addition to any potential ‘time on site’ fees.
Billed at 40€ per artisan
Time on site.
We charge ‘time on site’ fees if we need to be at your property for reasons such as providing access to Artisans.
Prices are 45€ callout fee plus 40€ per hour
Gardening services.
Costs for general garden maintenance, mowing strimming etc depend on garden size and your own requirements.
Prices start at 80€
Hedge trimming
Hedge cutting is based on a ‘per job’ basis or on a day rate of 240€ per person plus costs such as fuel and waste removal.
Green waste removal
Green waste removal is charged at 80€ per trailer load to cover loading and unloading at the waste disposal site.
Land clearance
Fees for this service vary depending on the machinery required. Labour starts at 240€ per person per day (6 hours) plus additional fuel and machinery costs.
Pressure washing
Non chemical pressure washing is billed at 45€ per hour with a minimum fee of 6 hours. 270€
Pool maintenance
Weekly pool care visits are billed at 85€ for the 1st hour (call out and time) plus 40€ per hour thereafter plus chemicals.
Pool repair work
Excavations of pipework/concreting etc Is billed at 360€ labour per day per person with a minimum charge of 1 day.
